I've had to restart hub4 again today.
I'm in modem mode and cannot access hub4 via 192.168.100.1
The speed on WiFi is around 5mb before I restart, I'll have to check wired
And just for info, this was happening in router mode too. I put it in modem mode to see if it solved the issue.

There are two addresses that you'd be able to use to access the router settings, each one dependent on the mode your Hub is in at that time.
You would enter 192.168.100.1 into the address bar if you're in Modem Mode, but if you're in Router Mode then you'd enter 192.168.0.1 into the address bar, as we also detail here.
We can see that you've mentioned that the Modem Mode number when entered does not work for you unfortunately, but there's been no mention of the Router Mode number being attempted whilst in Router Mode. As such, can you please try to access it via Router Mode and with the number above for Router Mode and let us know how you get on?

Yes, when the hub is in router mode, I can access ok.
The speed has been ok the last couple of days, but just had to reboot today as there was no internet at all.
When I get some time, I will put it back in router mode with a reset, and post the router status.
Had to reset twice today, top speeds of 15mbps, resetting seems to temporary fix and then speed comes back down.
