How odd, there's nothing to suggest this on our side and we cannot see a live link to your BQM and the links provided no longer show us a graph.
Please can you try a 60 second pin hole reset on the router. This will revert any customisations back to factory settings and full update the router with firmware/software updates. Please do not reboot the router whilst it is completing the pin hole request.
You'll need to set back up the BQM once you've completed the pin hole and then please post your live link here so we can investigate further.
