Internet connection keeps cutting out

NOt sure! Where do I find that.
I should be more specific. The lights on the front that indicate it is connects dont work, but if I look where the cables are plugged in the lights by the sockets are working.

The Light Intensity setting is in one of the menus when you log into the Hub.
