Thanks for replies.
I think it may be that the hub itself is faulty.
Still getting short outages and comes back on.
But after running test via online option, none of the lights on my hub are working. I have to rely on the icon on my computer to tell me it is connected!
I tried to phone as I thought the helpline was 8am to 8pm but having made me go through stupid number of steps to confirm who I am they then said they were shut.
