Very sorry to hear of the broadband issues.
I've checked the system today and can see that you did indeed book a tech, this was then cancelled as an area fault was found.
F011121295 - this was the reference number for the area fault. Upon checking the ticket, this was closed as resolved on the 14th December.
I've also had a check of your services today and no issues are found.
