on the Hub 5 consider setting unique Wi-Fi Network Names to distinguish between Wi-Fi bands, for example:
- sign in to Hub 5
- select Advanced settings > Wireless > Security
- append the text -24 to WiFi Network Name (SSID), for example VM01234567 to VM01234567-24
- select Apply changes
- then connect devices requiring 2.4Ghz band to VM01234567-24
