Hi, just as an idea, maybe your Hive device needs to connect to a 2.4ghz band and maybe your Hub 5 isn’t split into two bands and it sees it only as a 5ghz? If that’s the case you could try split the WiFi into 2.4 and 5 ghz and see if that works.
