Connection keeps dropping

Just recently it seems my connection to virgin keeps randomly dropping out. 

Virgin's status page claims "Intermittent signal in your area".

Is there any way to get more info?

    Sorry to hear you are having some issues with your connection. 

    You can check for local outage information 👉 https://virg.in/service or by calling 📞 0800 561 0061 - if there's nothing listed, but you are still having issues with your connection please let us know! If there is no outage listed, there is likely a fault which we would need to investigate further (and book in some equipment replacement or an engineer appointment if needed.)
