Broadband outage going on for days

There has been a complete lack of service with my virgin broadband for over a week now. When I first reported the matter through the service status it said it was a issue on my end and virgin booked an appointment for engineer to attend. Very soon afterwards virgin cancelled this and said it was an issue on their end and two issues appeared in the service status..

Since then I have been stuck in a loop of two issues (F012018470) and (F012018476) with different resolution dates which constantly change and get further away from getting resolved.

Any one else in the HA1 area suffering with these faults or can shed any light on when they might be fixed?

      We can see everything looks okay from our end now?

      As a result of the poor wifi reliability I have had no choice but to cancel and remove the stream box which has been on trial since August last. This is the result of repeated and failed attempts to ensure a reliable wifi service which caused this box to buffer wherever it was placed, (I will not use any other means such as a wired connection) so as and until VM provide a good and reliable wifi service I shall regrettably run down the reminder of our services. Our contract runs another 6 months therefore it looks unlikely to be renewed after that.

        Thanks for reaching out to us, sorry to hear of the issues that you are facing with the service in your area. we have checked our postcode and found no active outages in your area, can you please confirm the status of your service?
