I gather it may be the hub settings?
In the Hub 3 admin menu ...
try with Smart Wi-Fi disabled,
also check the 2.4Ghz band is using channels 1 or 6 or 11 ( and not 12 or 13 ).
Using the VM Hub 3 admin menu, confirm the password the Hub 3 is using for Wi-Fi
exactly matches the one you are trying to use to connect the Blink sync module.
