Access Adult Content

How can I access adult sites? I have a new router. Every setting is correct, the access is allowed but nothing is connecting someone please help!

    Make sure Websafe and Childsafe are turned off in your "My Virgin Media" account.

    Or manually set your device DNS to Google's Public DNS Servers 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

    Thanks for the reply. My settings are right on the Virgin account. Everything is allowed. I have updated the DNS to manual and input those for my wifi but it still isn’t working

      Is this on a single device as you can't change the DNS on any VM Hub.  You could try a free VPN in the meantime until a VM Mod picks up your query.

      Also don't forget to refresh the device, so it picks up the new DNS settings.
