Hi Tina,

A member of the forum team should pick this up for you, however it may take a day or two.

Did you try the following link? https://my.virginmedia.com/faults/order-new-remote 

In the meantime if your parents have either an android or ios mobile or tablet then they should be able to download the TV Control app to use as a temporary remote.
