Received the green 'DVR has detected a serious problem' screen

We waited overnight but the green screen is still there.  Believe the hard drive must have failed by reading the other comments here.  

Is there anything that can be done?  How can I book a technician on here?

    You're correct to believe that this error normally means HDD failure. VM staff normally respond on this forum in a day or so, and can often deal with fault reports.

    If you want a response sooner, then primary fault reporting is via 150 (from your VM landline) or 0345 4541111
