Check for local faults on 0800 561 0061 

The mods only look after the board integrity. The VM staff on the board will not be able to give you more information than the phone and they will not get to your post for 2 or 3 days. If there is not an area fault, call customer services, this board is not a fault reporting system.

Is service down on wired or wireless devices? Have you also checked here for a local fault? Is the service issue still ongoing since your last post?
