Picture pixelation
The chatter & natter section you'd posted in, isn't generally monitored so I've moved your post to one of the TV boards instead. Confirmation of which TV box you have, would be useful - https://www.virginmedia.com/care/tv-fault/which-tv-box
In the meantime, the standard advice for pixellation queries applies.
Pixellated pictures on live TV are often the sign of a signal fault. If you've rebooted your box once, then there's likely a fault somewhere, so this will need VM to intervene. The tech may have said that "all cables are OK", but if you continue to have symptoms, then there's clearly a fault somewhere - so keep reporting it, and keep having tech visits until they nail the source of the issue. Some SNR type faults can be tricky to track down, especially if they're not present at time of visit, but you're paying for a fault-free service - so keep reporting it.
First check the automated faults line for any existing issues in your area that could be the cause: 0800 5610061. If nothing's reported, assume VM don't know about your fault and ideally you'll need to call them.
150 from a VM phone, 0345 4541111 from any other phone - choose the options for "I have a fault with my TV service". Alternatively you can wait on here for staff to respond, which may take a day or so.
