VM Store and subtitles

subtitles just appeared very big shame for VM Store.
We discovered that on Harry Potter episode is missed recording on our Virgin TV 360 Box, or just pushed our due to lack of free space. And have decided to rent it on VM Store. And that was not obvious initially that there is no subtitles there.
What a shame. £3.49 in HD quality with no subtitles.
15 minutes later checked the same out on YouTube. It is the same £3.49 to rent, it is in UltraHD quality, one dozen of languages and 2 or 3 dozens of subtitles.
I'm very sure now. That was my very first and the very last attempt to pay for watching anything from VM!

    Sorry to hear subtitles were unavailable on your Virgin Store purchase.

    I can see that I've already responded to your post on another thread regarding this. 

    But I can repeat my reply here for you and any other community member who has looked at your thread for support and answers. 

     

    Subtitles and audio descriptions aren’t currently supported as advised in the FAQ here

    I recommend contacting Virgin Store to advise of this to see what they can do for you. Give them a ring on 0800 027 0801 and they'll assist further. Their opening hours are Sunday to Thursday 9am–midnight, and Friday to Saturday 9am–3am.
