Virgin 360 upgrade
So I got an email from virgin saying I could upgrade to virgin 360 on my v6 box as sky sports + won’t work on my box and there would be an app to install it. I have rebooted the box, unplugged it etc...

Apologies for the confusion. A number of mails were sent out to customers who dont yet have the upgrade app on their box. We have identified them and will be adding it in the next 48 hours. Dont worry, you will get your new box in time for the launch of Sky Sports+!
Thanks I’ve just seen app is on there now - does the remote get sent out after I start the process and is this upgrade free? Thanks
