You could try turning off the 360 with the switch on the back of the box; then on the front of the 360 box hold down both the power button and the - (minus) button at the same time. Then turn the 360 on again while keeping hold of those buttons for a further 30 seconds.
If that doesn't work then try using the + (plus) button instead of the - (minus) button that has worked for some users.
If that doesn't help you can either call Virgin on 150 from a Virgin phone, mobile or landline, or 0345 454 1111 from any other phone to report a fault, or wait here for one of the forum team to pick this up which might be 2 to 3 day's.
When phoning choose the option to report a fault, then ignore all the options offered and you should then be placed into a queue to speak to someone.
Contacted virgin online and booked engineer. He immediately said box was knackered and gave us a new one. All fine now
