Upgrade to Virgin TV 360

Hi, Today, I received my new virgin tv360 remote.  I followed the instructions provided with the remote, I.e I clicked on Install now, but I have the following error message: Upgrade failed Sorry...

I have tried both options and still getting the message. I received the new controls whilst on holiday and on returning today tried the download. It has worked on the box in my daughters old bedroom, which is never used, but not on the box we use the most in the lounge. Any ideas?

    Hi Gottzi 

    Instead of holding the + (plus) button, try holding the - (minus) button instead.

    You could also try turning off the V6 at switch; then on the V6 box  hold down both the power button and the - buttons at the same time. Then turn on the V6 again whilst keeping hold of those buttons for a further 30 seconds.

    You also try swapping the boxes around.
