Upgrade to TV360 not received remote control.

Originally posted two months ago about not receiving my upgrade remote control to Upgrade a V6 box to 360. Put another order in on the 26th October and still received nothing. I have an order number from RPA COE Automation, with the same message as before, that it could take upto 7 days to process the order, same as it said in the last email on the 4th September. Any ideas as to when this order will be processed or not?

    We're sorry to hear you're having issues with your upgrade being processed. Can you let us know if this is off the back of an email offer, or whether you've requested the upgrade as part of a package change?

      Hi, had problems the last 4 days with the V6 box not recording and using on demand, rang Virgin and they are sending me a TV 360 box as replacement, so this post is kind of irrelevant now. FYI the upgrade was from an email offer to upgrade the V6 box.

  • Put in a order to upgrade an old Tivo box to a new 360 as per the email I received. This was 10 days ago and heard nothing since. I have an order number given from a email automated reply, but no orders showing in my Virgin account. Any ideas?

      Should have put V6 box in the title, not Tivo box!

        It's not a "new 360". You keep the same box but with a complete change to the operating software. You can't change it back, so hopefully you'll like it. Many don't.
