Sorry to see you are having problems with the migration to TV360. It sounds like you're in the best hands with 2nd level support. I see you said you've tried all the advice about resetting, however just to make sure you've tried everything there are a couple of things you can try .
Some people with this error have managed to perform the update by either removing the box from the mains for five minutes and trying again, or by deleting a few recordings to make more space and then trying again.
You could also try turning off the V6 at switch; then on the V6 box hold down both the power button and the + button at the same time. Then turn on the V6 again whilst keeping hold of those buttons for a further 30 seconds.
Also if the power button and the + button workaround doesn't solve it then try using the power button and the - button at the same time instead.
