TV no signal after I received the new remote 360

Hi,

I read all comments here, I did many times all the steps to pair the new remote with box, reboot the box, too but after the welcome screen it's a message that no signal. I purchased a new HDMI cable as well, still no TV.

Can I have a new TV box?

    Sorry to hear you've not been able resolve the issue with the remote. Has there been any change since you last posted?
