Sky internet with 360 box

I was sent a new box to replace my old tivo box , the virgin representative specifically told me i could use my current isp with the 360 box , upon setuo i am stuck, i get the message "wrong network" your connected to the wrong network recconect to your virgin media wifi network , it wont let me get past this screen

 

Any advice?

    I cancelled Virgin Media internet five years ago and switched to Sky, keeping Virgin Media only for TV and my business phone line. I recently contacted Virgin Media to see if they could reduce my bill. They offered me a new box to replace my outdated TiVo, and I double- and triple-checked with the representative that it would still work with Sky as my internet provider.

    I’ve decided to return the new box and keep my old TiVo, as I don’t want extra wires or routers in the house, 

    Also i did not sign a new contract , it states in the email that "you will not need to sign a new contract"

    Initially i was offered a new romote to update the tivo box , some of the transcript above
