Sky internet with 360 box

I was sent a new box to replace my old tivo box , the virgin representative specifically told me i could use my current isp with the 360 box , upon setuo i am stuck, i get the message "wrong network" your connected to the wrong network recconect to your virgin media wifi network , it wont let me get past this screen

 

Any advice?

    Now getting the message account error cs1011 , we aew unable to retreive your account details , please contact us , 

    Upadte : now my old tivo box seems to be deactivated so have no tv
