Sky Comedy problem
This is happening for me on Sky Comedy as well. Very noticeable whilst watching Jimmy Fallon.
It really does take away from the viewing experience. Can it be escalated to be fixed?
Hi Sambo6654, thank you for your response.
How have things been on the channel since you posted? Are you still having issues?
Please pop back to us at your earliest convenience.
Regards,
Daniel
Things certainly seemed to improve over the weekend and are currently looking good. Hopefully the problem has been found and fixed and they will remain that way.
Cheers.
Hi FloristGrump, thank you for letting us know. That's good to hear.
If, by any chance, the problem reoccurs, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Regards,

Hi Daniel,
It does seem better at the moment. I'll report back if I see the issue again .
Sam
Unfortunately this problem has now returned (exactly as before and only on Sky Comedy HD) after a month of being glitch free for me.
Hi FloristGrump - Great username btw :).
Thanks for posting and welcome back to the community.
I'm sorry to hear of this returning. I've checked mine and it seems fine now, is this resolved?
If not, what TV box do you have? Is it on all programs on this channel or certain ones?
Hi @John_GS
It's definitely still happening for me on both of my 360 boxes and when streaming to my iPad too. Sometimes it is easier to spot than others and right now (midday Thursday 22nd) it's quite mild but definitely happening. On a smaller screen you might not see it at all but on a bigger one the tell-tale sign are the little white pixels dropping out around the screen and the occasional audio glitch. If you hang on long enough you'll probably also see a bigger glitch on the pictures and on days when it's happening badly (as it was on Monday) the glitching is very noticeable and distracting.
It only ever happens for me on the Sky Comedy HD channel and for the last month the channel has been glitch free but whatever sorted it at the beginning of last month (I think at the broadcaster end) needs to happen again.
Cheers
Matt
