probelms with 360 remote??

just upgraded to 360 today. been with virgin years and first time I've had a remote not want to wake up the box from sleep? did the reset amd held rewind and tv to pair again, is this going to be a r...

You can also press the standby button on the right front of the 360 box to wake it up again.

    If everything is working OK you shouldn't need to press the buttons on the front.
