MUTV added to my package yesterday unknown to me

I checked my emails this morning to find MUTV has been added to my package at an extra £8 per month. I didn't add this and my wife certainly didn't. My 7 year old did look on the TV yesterday to see ...

yes it has, do you have to put the pin in when adding a channel? I don't want to try myself as don't want another channel added
