M63 Error

Hi, 2 live chat persons have tries to resolve the error after trying to put on the 360 upgrade.

I am now unable to get through to get confirmation that an engineer has been booked in. The last live chat peraon left the chat before confirming. 

Are you able to help please.

    I can see you've spoke to somebody since this post, did they manage to get this all sorted out for you?

      No didnt help, all i got was they had passed onto technical support and that was the last i heard.
