It seems odd that only one channel suffers from pixelation.  The live TV channels are grouped together in small clusters, called muxes, and if one channel on the mux is affected then the rest should be too.

ITV2 shares the same mux as ITV3 and ITV4, also 5Action HD, Al Jazeera English, Sky Drama HD (Ch410) , Sky Sports Main Event HD, and Sky Halloween(Ch402)  so those channels should also be affected.

Check your cabling is free from kinks, has no staples through it, or furniture on it, and is connected tight and snugly. Take special care checking the small white connector going into the 360 box as that can be loose or too pliable.

Have you used the /check-services/   function to check for problems in your area? You can also a run a test on your equipment from there. 

If nothing is showing  you could also try the automated Service Status number  0800 561 0061.  This often gives details of more local issues down to postcode level.

You mention no other channel being affected, which ones have you checked? I ask because the majority of signal faults tend to affect all channels on the same frequency - in the case of ITV2, check ITV3 & ITV4

Otherwise the standard process for pixellation faults is to reboot your box once, then check for area faults on 0800 5610061 if symptoms persist.

VM staff pickup fault reports on this forum if you don't mind waiting a few days, otherwise call in for a quicker response.
