@BlueLou - it is still Derby V Middlesbrough. Unless Bristol City or Millwall are now nicknamed The Rams.
I just can’t replicate that I don’t know what’s gone on. I can only see the replay of it now so perhaps if there was an issue sky fixed it when they re uploaded the asset to Virgin’s platform

I've been able to replicate it on my 360 by searching for EFL, then selecting the option that shows 141 epiodes.
I only checked three games and each one was incorrect.
The Championship game between Bristol City and Millwall is dated Sunday 18th August in the list but plays the Derby v Middlesbrough game. The Bristol C v Millwall game was actually played on 17th August
The Championship game Derby v Middlesbrough, dated Sunday 18th August in the list plays the Carabao cup game between Leeds and Middlesbrough (starting with the second half) The actual Derby v 'Boro game was played on 17th August
The previous Championship game in the list Portsmouth v Luton dated Saturday 17th August (this has the correct date that the game was played) is also showing the Leeds v Middlesbrough Carabao cup game highlights starting from 9min 46 seconds in. The 'Boro v Leeds cup game was played on Wednesday 14th.
On a side note the Sky Community forums have their customers complaining about the need to switch to either Sky Q, Sky Glass or Sky Stream to access the additional Sky Sports + streams on their TV's.
They are also complaining of poor picture quality, buffering, and sounds out of sync on Sky Sports + streams (a couple of posts suggest pausing the game and then playing it back seems to stop the buffering and sync issues)
