Hi gnh057
The 360 doesn't have My Shows, however it does have a Watchlist option instead. If you click on the context button on the remote (three dots above the channel up.down button) you will see various options including Add to watchlist. You can also use voice control to add to your watch list
Voice control can be flakey, sometimes due to accents or speaking too quickly (I'm at fault with both lol), a poor internet connection or a need for new batteries.
I managed to use voice control to bring up Call the Midwife by saying Call Midwife (it was interpreting me saying Call the Midwife as Carl the Midwife and only bringing up a list of youtube programs) You should also be able to open any app such as iPlayer or netflix by saying it's name.
There are some helpful tips on the /tips-and-tricks/voice-control-on-virgin-tv-360 page.
Also check the /tips-and-tricks/hacks-to-make-the-most-of-virgin-tv-360 page for other hints and tips
Should you need help on anything and can't find it just holler as there are lots of forum users (and staff) that will help.
