Both 360 remotes flashing white
Wonder if anyone can help. Both my remotes are now flashing white in the top right hand corner. Replaced batteries on both, still nothing working.

Hi there. Yes, exactly that. Main box and mini box remotes both just have the white flashing light at the top. No buttons working at all
Are you sure you are using the correct remote with the box because only one remote will work with each box as they have to be paired.
You could try factory resetting the remotes, I would do one at a time and remove the batteries from one until you have paired the first one to the main box.
Press and hold the TV and Rewind button for 10 seconds which will factory reset the 360 remote. After the factory reset, try pressing TV and 0 button for 10 seconds and it should now force pairing.
Another method is to put the box into Pairing Mode by pressing the Standby/On button on the front of the box for 10 seconds. Then using the 360 remote control, press and hold the 'TV' button and the '0' button together for 10 seconds.
Defo using the right remote as our mini box is on a different floor. But thank you - I tried the method of putting the box into pairing mode and then pairing the remote and that has worked, thankfully. adding this here in case anyone else has the same issue.

So are both remotes now working.
The main one is working. The second one is for the mini box in my sons room and they’re asleep so I’ll try that in the morning and come back on here to confirm
