Same here Anne. My iplayer works fine on my ipad using wifi so it is this new sorry system. Just one of a few things that don't work anymore or as well. When I googled the code I get
- Check cables: Make sure all cables are securely connected
- Reboot: Restart the set top box at the mains power
- Update TV firmware: Ensure your TV's firmware is up to date

The customer care phone number highlighted above is for VM Ireland. See https://www.virginmedia.ie/contact/

If you have a VM landline then it's a free call by dialling 150 from your VM landline.
You can also dial 0345 454 1111 from any other phone. This is a free call included in most call plans, it's the same as dialling an 01,02,or 03 number, however on some calls plans you need to redial after 1 hour to keep it as a free call. Be aware some call plans are weekends only, or evenings (after 6pm) and weekends.

Finally got BBC Sounds and iPlayer back after doing a second reboot. Not keen on this new 360 set up though.

Hi Anne_VMForum, thank you for your post.
We're glad to hear the issue has been resolved, but we're sorry to hear you feel this way about the TV 360 set up.
We always take on board feedback we receive and will certainly pass this along to the relevant teams.
