We're sorry to hear of the BBC One issues experienced towards the end of last week and weekend, we appreciate the frustration and you taking the time to raise it with us via the forums.
It's been a few days since the last post, are you still experiencing the issues following your posts? Were any known issue reported here during this time or did any of you run tests on you connection and equipment?

Thanks for responding. Yes, stilling experiencing the issue. The Virgin Media app was not, and still is not, reporting any issues in the area. Also ran tests using the app with no issues found.

Also just to be clear it’s not just been the end of last week and the weekend, it’s been going on for a few weeks. Gets better, then worse - but still always there
