360 remote not working

My remote arrived today and I installed 360 on my v6 box,but the remote isn’t paring or doing anything now, Tv just suck on install complete, I can’t watch or do anything now ? Remote flashes white w...

    I reset the remote, then put the remote directly in front of my v6 box, pressing 0 & Tv, I just held it for over 10 seconds and it started to work.
