I've been requesting for over a week my phone number be ported and it's getting closer to my cut off point of digiweb making the number invalid. Thus number is over 40 years old! I've contacted...

I think you will better off contacting VM IE - https://www.virginmedia.ie/contact/ as sadly these forums are for Virgin customers in the UK and not affiliated with VM Ireland. The forums staff here don't have access to VM Ireland systems.
