Not able to create password

Hello, I’m trying to create a Virgin Media account, but it’s not allowing me to create a password. Any password that I create is being refused with… password cannot be used. Can you help? Regards,...

I am having the same issues as people have previously stated. No matter the password combination, I am still receiving ‘requirements not met’

My contract expires in two days so urgently need to change my password to view account.

Can someone who works for Virgin reach out to resolve this please?

I am sorry to hear of the issues you are having setting the password for your online account. 

 

Can you please try using a different browser, or the My Virgin Media app?

        I run to exactly same problem. No matter what I do, password is incorrect. What are the real requirements for the password?
