Unable to recover tivo recordings after Hub was changed

Hi,  We changed failed  WI FI hub recently  and since discovered we are unable to recover previous Tivo recordings. ! this was not mentioned to us before  in conversations with VM.-the recordings ask...

I have this problem too. Our tivo box was unused for  5 weeks as we moved home and had no service. When it was reconnected we can't play the recordings. Same happens as Dixie, pin requested etc.

Which channel(s) were your recordings from?

Are you able to view any recordings from prior to the box deactivation?
