Glad to have had a reply from the Forum Team after over a week. The nature of the query was made clear from the start, it concerns support ending for BBC iPlayer and the email sent to me from Virgin Media regarding this. As personal details are involved in the query I have kindly asked for these to be kept private through messaging with a Virgin Media Forum Team member. Surely other Community Members and Virgin Media can appreciate that there are some details that need to be kept private. I very much hope that this reasonable request will be granted soon and that a private message will be received so that this can be sorted out.
I'm sorry pm71 that I do not know the answer to your question, I should think that if you have a Tivo box that after Wednesday 23 July the iPlayer will no longer load if you press the red button. Perhaps the team and other Community Members will be happy to assist here?
