Telephone Adapter & Virgin Hub

Hi,

Trying to talk to someone at Virgin in relation to the above but just going around in circles. Would appreciate your help please.

I need to order the telephone adapter to be able to continue using the landline. I also need to replace the "Virgin Super Hub 2" with a new "Virgin Hub" as the "Super Hub 2" is unable to accept the telephone adapter.

I am quite capable of setting this up myself so just want to order the above.

    Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community Forums. Sorry to hear you are having issues with the phone adaptor, you are right with it not being able to work in the Hub 2. So that we can get you the right Hub we would need to bring you in for a private message.
