Thanks for posting in regards to porting your BT landline over to your new Virgin Media account, we appreciate you raising this via the forums.
We can see you're currently getting support from Gareth via Private Message, we ask to not raise multiple threads in regards to the same query as this can confuse and dilute the support received.
