I have the same problem. All was working until a few days ago. Nothing has changed on my side, same handsets, same settings. I’ve checked ring volumes - and they ring ok when making internal calls. Also checked the Do Not Disturb function is not enabled,
i’m using BT3110 phones.
As with the original poster, the display on the phones light up but no ringing.

For others that might be having the same problem, an engineer was scheduled to come out. After receiving the text message confirming the date and time, I re-checked my landline and it was working again , handsets are ringing. So no visits was required I cancelled the appointment.
