Hello
I have the same problem. I changed to a Hub 5 on the 8th of November and have been receiving 'no number' calls since then.
I contacted Virgin Media about this. The first time I was told there was nothing they could do. The second time there was a discussion about call barring and this was added to my bundle. I discovered the next day that I would be charged for this, despite being told it was free. I had the service removed.
i see that it is suggested that a solution is to change your phone number. If you are unable to resolve the issue is it possible to revert back to a hub 4?

A hub 4 would fix the issue. I know when they were beta testing the hub 5 this was a known issue, they would not allow me a hub 5 on gig1 because I had a IP phone line. If you are fine with going back to a Hub 4 you should do that.
I'm too used to using 2.5gbit ethernet now and getting 1.2gbit download speeds to want a hub 4 back 🙂

I was happy with the hub 4s speed and only got the hub 5 as it was an update 🙄. At least I know what the problem is and that I am not going mad.
