Thank you for chatting with me jimmymac1987 via the forums and the devices have now been reset.
Please do let us know if you have any other issues with this going forward.
The same thing is still happening for my 1 device. It says I can register a new device on Dec 1st.
 
 the 3 devices which state "Mac's Laptop" are the same device.

I received no more help on this from you. It has now passed the date where my devices have been reset and still the problem persists. I have already used 2 of my 3 total device swaps for this month with the same device. I was told the devices where reset, they weren't. I really need a solution to this as it's what I'm paying for.

I'm so sorry that this has not yet been resolved, I'm going to pop you a PM so we can take a closer look into this again. We will try and manually reset the devices registration again and also take a closer look at this specific device and what is happening.
