Unable to login to TV Control app

I have upgraded my phone today, and have been able to transfer set up access for almost all apps, including My Virgin Media and Virgin TV Go. However, every time I try to log in to TV Control, I get ...

I am also unable to login. Both other Virgin apps working fine. Please help.

    Thank you so much for you post and welcome back to the community forums, it's great to have you here. 

    I am so sorry that you have faced this experience, just to confirm the TV Control app is only compatible with a V6, do you currently have a V6? If not you can set up recordings etc with TV Go instead.

      Ah! I have a Hub 3 so I guess it will not work . It would be helpful if this app could clearly state that it's only for V6. Thanks.

        Apologies, I think there may be some confusion there - the V6 is the model of the TV, not the model of the broadband Hub 😊

        Do you have TV360 or V6 for your TV? As this may help us identify.
