Hi - I am having the same issue on my iPad. I've been able to login on my phone, but not the iPad - just get 'unknown error has occurred' and no further recourse. Have uninstalled and installed a number of times. Very frustrating.

When you say you've "uninstalled and installed a number of times", are you referring to the Sky Sports app there?
In terms of trying to access Sky Sports via a browser on your iPad, have you tried different browsers?
