Sky cinema movies /collection on demand (live does not) stutters on the virgin tv go website / APP

 sky cinema movies on demand (live does not) stutters on the virgin tv go website (chrome/edge) and also the virgin tv go APP (i am accessing via a windows 11 laptop) is it just me ?  there any ...

Sorry to hear you're having issues with the TVGO at this time. 

Does the same issue happen any other devices that you can try?
I have tried the app and website at my side on an iPad and the website on windows 10 laptop in chrome and all works fine whilst watching Super Mario. 
Does your issue only occur on certain movies or recordings?

    it appears it is all sky cinema movies on demand requests (i have tried) on a relatively modern windows 11 laptop via both the website (latest edge/chrome), and the TV GO APP. (Live broadcasts are ok)

    I will try on another older windows 11 PC system later and tablet today... with "super mario" as a reference point on all.
