Hi Prkendrick1, 

Can you please confirm if you are able to watch the movies via the app without downloading them or do you get an error message at all?

Also, are you using the latest version of the app on your devices?

Hi

 

i can stream no problems but just not download to watch offfline. 

I am on latest version of the app and have tried uninstalling and installing again.
