Engineer visited, changed a cable and some connectors inside and outside the house. But no change, the speed is all over the place so he has said he will report back for the cabinet that I am connected at to be looked at by a different team. He was a top guy though and tried all he could, but he didn’t understand what was happening either

Good morning. The technician visited and he changed somethings in my house. He confirmed it was something in the box in the street and a team would be out within 14 days to deal with it. A month has now passed and still no one has been to look at it. I am still only receiving half the speed I am paying for. Can this be escalated at all?
