Slow upload speeds for a full month now

I'd say receiving 1/20th of my package speed is about as bad as it gets IMO. I have it for a reason, I'd be better off using 4G as things stand.

If I had no connection I'm sure it would be fixed quick time so I'm stuck in limbo at the minute.
